Monaco’s Prince Premier Aide de Camp, Colonel Luc Fringant, hangs the official declaration of Prince Albert II announcing the birth of twins of the Prince and Princess Charlene on the facade of Monaco’s Palace, December 11, 2014. Princess Charlene of Monaco gave birth on Wednesday to a boy and a girl, the royal couple’s first children, an aide to the royals said.
