People hang a Monaco flag on a balcony to celebrate the birth of twins to the Prince and Princess Charlene, in Monaco December 11, 2014. Princess Charlene of Monaco gave birth on Wednesday to a boy and a girl, the royal couple’s first children, an aide to the royals said.
